Hotel Grandbach Sendai

The stay featured a spacious room with excellent mattresses and very nice city views from the 15th floor. Although the public bath was in great condition and provided a relaxing experience, there were significant issues with communication due to staff's limited English skills was nice. The cleanliness was a problem as bedding and toiletries weren't changed throughout the stay. It is worth noting that pasta options at the dining area were quite enjoyable.

Clean hotel in a beautiful building just off the main attractions. Brand-new and large room, a bidet, a shower cap and bath sheets in the room. Magnificent views and great facilities. Handy, unbeatable location near the railway station...very modern. For tea or coffee visit Cocteau nearby.

Fantastic modern amenities and a serene atmosphere

The blend of modern style and classical music ambiance really set a nice tone. We loved the spacious room and the convenience of having a public bath on the top floor for ultimate relaxation after exploring the city. The complimentary drinks and the lounge area with live music were good touches, made our evenings extra special. The laundry facilities could use more machines, we had to wait quite a bit to use them.

The bedroom was reasonably large and well soundproofed. Central heating, an electronic key card, and multi-channel TV were useful.

No parking lot available. An expensive public garage costs about 3000 JPY for 24 hours. My room felt a bit cramped, with a view right into the adjacent building. With the lobby located on the 7th floor, it took 15 minutes to get one during peak times with tour groups. I also spotted some water accumulating under the sink, possibly due to leaks from the shower, but it didn't detract much from my experience.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a charming atmosphere created by the Bach theme throughout. Enjoyed the free drinks and mochi in the evening, and the hot springs at the top were a nice highlight. The laundry facilities were limited and the dryers could use improvement.

The room was beautifully themed with Bach decor, and the Bluetooth speaker was a sweet touch for playing my music.

It was just a fine choice for a brief retreat in Sendai with extraordinarily good value for money. Enjoyed the cozy ambiance with lovely live music in the lounge area during the evenings. Take advantage of the free drinks offered in the evening for a nice touch to your stay.

The accommodation here is extremely comfortable, set in a beautiful modern location near the train station.

Couple recommend it for a good escape

The breakfast is amazing, and their Tohoku specialty breakfast? You gotta try that! Plus, the live piano performances in the lobby really set the mood. I even got to play a few notes on the upright piano at the entrance, it seemed like a scene from a movie!

It wasn't cheap, I mean, not exactly budget-friendly but acceptable.

Great location close to a huge ferris wheel! 🎡 Within walking distance, there's a shopping center and convenience stores for anything you may need.
